Not only National Parks but also you will have chance to visit one of Wonderful Tanzanian Conservation Area Known as Ngorongoro. This Conservation is the 8th wonder of the world.
You will view lots of wildlife species found in these National Parks and the great annual migration of Wildebeest in to the Serengeti. Some of common animals to spot in these national parks include; lions, zebras, warthogs, antelopes, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest and if you are lucky you can also see Cheetah, black rhinos and Leopard. Apart from Animals you will also see different species of birds like flamingos, ostrich, Hong bills, secretary birds, Pelicans and other more. These National Parks will definitely give you the best safari ever in Tanzania!
Day 1: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Early in the morning after having your breakfast our professional driver guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the famous Tarangire National Park. The park is made up of seasonal marshes, bush savannah, with the baobab trees. This national park is one of the best places in the whole of East Africa since you get good chance to watch groups of elephants up-close. There are over 4000 different an animal’s species like Maasai giraffes, antelopes, buffalos, leopards, lions, baboons and many more bird species. Today you will arrive in Tarangire around 10:00 am where you will do game drives, around 7:00pm drive to picnic site for lunch. Thereafter proceed with game drives in different parts of the beautiful Tarangire National Park till sun-dawn drive to Olea Africana Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
DAY 2: MANYARA – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Have breakfast and after continue with the lush crater uplands, the fertile soils here also allow crops like corn, wheat, coffee to be able grow. From Manyara to Serengeti you will have chance to do game drives on the way crossing the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Later on, you will view the plains of the Serengeti National Park. Before heading to Serengeti National Park you will have Optional to Visit Olduvai Gorge. The area here is so dry and it’s well known for the archaeological couple of Leakey. These both discovered the oldest prehistoric human remains as well as a small museum document of their work. A visit to this place is optional with extra cost of $35 per person and thereafter we head to Serengeti National Park
The name Serengeti also comes from the Masai word known as Siringeti which means endless plains. These plains are also good for hunting of leopards and the big cats. You will also have chance to view the beautiful creatures within their natural habitats. Within the Seronera Valley which is the central Serengeti Area, you will get to enjoy an evening meal at Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 3: EXPLORE SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Two game drives on this day. Early in the morning before breakfast around 6:00am you will be picked up from your Campsite with your driver guide and Start Sun-rise game drives. During morning time you will find the Serengeti at its most active. This is when Africa can reveal its cool side, so you should wrap up warm our guides will bring you as close as possible to the wildlife, just when the action is likely to be most exciting. Few predators hunt during the heat of the day, so the early morning is the best time to observe the thrill of the chase. It is also a magical time, with the subtle light dappling the landscape, the birds awakening and the sense of a great adventure beginning to unfurl. Morning game drives will take about 1-2 hours then back to your campsite for breakfast and short relaxation, After having your hot lunch at the Lodge around 2: 00 your driver guide will drive back into the bush for an evening game drive has a level of excitement and character all its own, as predators begin their nightly search for prey. As the day cools and the sky is streaked by red, gold and orange hues, you may be surprised by the roar of a lion, a galloping giraffe, or the high pitched giggling of hyenas fighting over a kill. At a suitable vantage point, your guide will pause, allowing you to enjoy a sundowner in blissful comfort. Game drives will be done from noon to Sun-Set. Dinner and Overnight Serengeti Heritage Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 4: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER
Early breakfast, around 6:00 depart from Serengeti game drives on the way to Ngorongoro then descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here. In the evening drive to Olea Africana Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 5: MANYARA NATIONAL PARK – ARUSHA
After having breakfast you will be driven to Manyara National Park which will be the last National Park you will visit in the Northern circuit. This park is famous for its tree climbing lions. The large part of this wonderful Park is covered by the alkaline manyara lake which is seasonally visited by the large flamingos and many other water birds. Along the shores of the lake, you will spot many animals including the elephants, hippos, Giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, banded mongoose and the gazelles. After animals, birds, trees watching, drive back to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your departure flight.
